I know this isn't the place for publicity, but the question was asked,
and Dick did let the question go by...
Yes I do have copies that I can sign and ship. However, I am in Canada,
and I must say shipping cost to the US is prohibitive.
If you are in the US, it is less expensive to buy it from here:

For those who are in Canada, or who absolutely want a signed copy from
me, please send me an email...

I mentioned this wrench quite a few years ago here. Now might be a good
time to pick up one if you use "Corny" kegs (5-gal SS Cornelius soda kegs).
The "posts" on Corny kegs--the things with the poppets inside, where you
connect to the kegs--are of two sizes: 11/16" and 7/8". The gas-in and
liquid-out posts are different. Three of them take a normal hex wrench,
but the 7/8" gas-in is 12-point.
It turns out that Sears/Craftsman has had, for a long time, one double-
ended ratcheting offset box-end wrench, in those two sizes (11/16, 7/8),
and 12-point on both. Hence it's one wrench you need for all Corny posts.
It's an oddball, with the two ends being 3/16" apart. (I like having it
in the cidery, but it would be a nuisance in the toolbox.)

I'm bringing it up again because I see that Sears is continuing to try to
commit corporate suicide. More to the point they've sold off their
Craftsman tool division (to Black&Decker IIRC). So I don't know but what
the product line might change and this oddly useful wrench might disappear.
The Sears product number is 43365.
I hope it's obvious that I'm not advertising, merely pointing out a rather
useful tool.
